How can I prepare for a reading?
  • Check Your Tech Setup

    Ensure you have the latest version of Zoom installed, a strong and stable internet connection, and that your device is working properly. Before your session, test your Zoom settings with someone to confirm everything works as expected, and familiarize yourself with basic Zoom functions. This helps us make the most of our time together without technical interruptions.

     

    IMPORTANT: If you’ll be using a mobile phone for your session, please make sure it’s positioned securely on a stable surface before we begin. Holding it or allowing it to move can cause visual disruption and dizziness on my end, which may interfere with the session or even prevent me from continuing. For the smoothest experience, using a computer or tablet on a steady setup is strongly preferred.

  • Set Up a Quiet Space
    Choose a quiet, comfortable space where there are minimal distractions and you won’t be disturbed during the session.

  • Gather Essentials
    Have a notepad and pen handy if you'd like to take notes, and keep some tissues and water (or a beverage of choice) nearby—just in case.

  • Set Your Intentions

    Take some time in the days leading up to your session—or even the day of—to jot down any specific questions or areas of your life where you're seeking clarity or guidance. For a mediumship reading, also write down the names of loved ones you hope to connect with. Setting these intentions ahead of time helps focus your energy and creates a clearer pathway for the session. It signals to both your own intuition and the energetic field that you’re ready to receive. This kind of preparation also helps us make the most of our time together by bringing focus to what matters most to you—so we can go faster and stay centered on what truly needs attention.

  • Ground Yourself
    Take at least 5 minutes before the session to settle in and review your intentions. Giving yourself this quiet space can help you feel more centered and receptive as we begin.

  • Come with an Open Mind
    Try to come into the session with curiosity and a relaxed, open mind. The more open and receptive you are, the more freely the energy can flow. Holding onto expectations or approaching the session with a restrictive mindset can create subtle blocks. Insights often come in unexpected ways, so allow yourself to be present and trust that whatever comes through is what you're meant to receive.

  • Be Clear and Present

    Avoid being under the influence of alcohol or any substances that alter your state of consciousness (such as cannabis, mushrooms, or other psychoactives) during your session. These can interfere with the energetic connection and disrupt the flow of the reading .

  • Bring Photos or Personal Items (Optional for Mediumship Reading)
    You're welcome to bring meaningful items—such as photos or personal belongings—connected to the loved ones you hope to hear from. You don’t need to show them to me at the start, but I may ask to see them later in the session if it feels like they could help strengthen the connection.

  • Allow Time to Integrate the Experience
    After a psychic or mediumship reading, it’s beneficial to take some quiet time for yourself before sharing your experience or moving on to other activities. This gentle pause allows you to reflect, process any emotions, and let the insights from your session settle in naturally, free from outside influence or distraction. Taking a few moments to journal your thoughts or simply sit quietly can help you integrate the experience more deeply and gain a clearer sense of what resonates with you personally.

What can I expect during and after a reading?
  • Beginning with a Moment of Silence
    At the start of the reading, I’ll take a moment to connect and open to receive. I’ll then tune in to see what naturally comes through. Once I’ve shared these initial impressions—and depending on what unfolds—I may ask if there’s a specific situation, area of your life, question, or, for a mediumship reading, a particular person you’d like me to focus on or connect with further.

  • An Interactive, Two-Way Experience
    Our session will be a dynamic exchange between us—I’ll check in with you as messages and impressions come through to see if they’re resonating. When it’s relevant, I may also ask if you have any questions you’d like me to ask Spirit or your loved ones.

  • Minimal Details from You
    The less I know before and during the reading, the better—this allows me to bring through evidence directly from Spirit. When I ask if something is resonating, please avoid sharing detailed backstories. A simple response like “yes,” “no,” or “I’m not sure” is all I need to keep the connection flowing or to clarify what’s coming through. This helps us make the most of our time together and stay focused on receiving as much insight and connection as possible. I may occasionally ask a question to help interpret what I’m picking up—brief replies are perfect.

  • Insight, Not Certainty

    Readings are meant to offer guidance and insight—not fixed or guaranteed outcomes. What comes through reflects current energies and possibilities, but your free will—and the free will of others—can influence how things unfold. Any guidance received is simply that: guidance.     In most cases, the loved ones you're hoping to connect with do come through. However, no medium can guarantee who will step forward, what they’ll choose to share, how long they’ll stay connected, or whether they’ll respond to specific questions. What can I expect during and after a healing session?

    At the start of our session, we’ll take a few minutes to talk about what you need and what you'd like support with. After that, you can lie down and relax for the energy work. We will still need to hear each other clearly throughout the session, as I may ask questions if needed or share any insights or messages that come through.

  • A Range of Experiences

    As mentioned in the Terms, the VortexHealing® Divine Energy Healing I channel is a powerful form of transformational energy work. Like all deep healing modalities, it can bring a wide range of experiences. Some people feel lighter, clearer, more peaceful, or notice physical or emotional relief. Others may have insights or shifts in awareness. At the same time, unresolved emotions or patterns may temporarily surface as part of the body’s natural healing and release process. Common sensations during a session can include chills, yawning, shaking, laughter, crying, nausea, or feeling hot or cold—this is simply energy moving and rebalancing.

  • You May Notice Subtle Differences

    You might feel calm, energized, emotional or even a bit tired afterward—it really depends on what’s being cleared and shifted, and no two sessions are the same.
